I don’t know how to get into The VIP Patch (Freebies Library.)
If you’re already a subscriber, you need to enter the latest password that was sent to you to be able to get in to the VIP Patch.
If you’re not a subscriber, you need to become one by clicking the subscribe banner on the top this page (don’t worry it’s free!) to receive the latest password for The VIP Patch.
Where do I find the latest password for The VIP Patch?
If you’re already a subscriber, you can find the latest password in the header of our latest post notification email that was sent to you.
If you just signed up, you will receive a Welcome email after you confirm your subscription, and the password for The VIP Patch will be in that email.
I have the password, but I get a “TOO MANY REDIRECTS” error when I try to enter The VIP Patch.
Right after you get the error message, go to our home page (https://www.thenavagepatch.com) and then click on The VIP Patch link from the main menu (on left-hand side of the menu) once again. That should stop the error message and let you in The VIP Patch.
I signed up, but I didn’t receive your Welcome email.
Our sign-up is a two-step process. After you enter your email and click the subscribe button, you will receive a conformation email. After you confirm your subscription, you’ll receive our Welcome email.
If you confirmed your subscription and still don’t see our Welcome email in your inbox, please check your spam folder in case the email had a misadventure 😉 If you find the email in your spam folder, you will want to make sure you white-list our emails (mark it “NOT spam”) and add us to your contacts. That way you will definitely get all of the future freebies we regularly send out!
Can you teach me how to white-list your emails? I don’t want to miss the latest updates and password changes.
Sure! The process differs depending on your email provider, but here are instructions for the most popular email providers:
The easiest method (and works for all email providers)
1. Add email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts list.
1. In your inbox, select our email.
2. Drag our email to the “primary” tab of your inbox.
3. You’ll see that our emails will go to your primary folder in the future!
1. Find our email in your inbox. A “+” symbol should display next to From: and the sender’s name.
2. Select this, and an “Add to contacts” pop-up should appear.
3. Select “Save.”
Outlook 2003 & Later
1. Right-click on our email in your inbox.
2. Select “Junk E-mail” from the menu.
3. Click “Add Sender to Safe Senders List.”
I was a former subscriber, and I marked your email as spam by mistake. Now I want to sign up again to get the latest password, but I haven’t received your Welcome email.
We hate spam! And we mean it when we say it! So if you marked our emails as spam (even by mistake), you’ll never receive another email from The Navage Patch, and that includes our subscription confirmation email or Welcome email, even if you wanted to sign up again. Therefore, we’re sorry, but we truly can’t help you.
Ok – I’m in the VIP Patch. What happens next? How do I get those awesome freebies?
In our printable posts, we always specify under which tab you’ll find the freebie. Go to that relevant tab and find the freebie you want to download, then click on the download button.
If you still have issues downloading our freebies, we have a “How To Download Our Free Printables” help file (one for computer users and one for mobile phone users) that will walk you through the steps:
- If you’re using a computer to download our free printables, CLICK HERE to see our help file.
- If you’re using a mobile phone to download our free printables, CLICK HERE to see our help file.
I downloaded the free printable, but the file says it was corrupt and it won’t open.
This may happen when the internet connection was interrupted in the download process, even if for a fraction of a second. Try clearing the cookies in your browser, and then click download again. It should work smoothly the second time. 🙂
I need help! How do I resize these free printables, so I can print them on my home printer?
No worries – we have a quick tutorial that will show you how easy it is to resize pictures! Please CLICK HERE to check our tutorial on “How to easily resize pictures” to be able to print with your home printer.
I don’t have a printer at home to print large-sized printables. Can you print it and mail it?
We don’t provide printing services. However, if you are wondering the best place to get these printables printed bigger than 8×12, we recommend trying Staples in your area or Amazon print shop. Both stores offer custom-sized prints on matte or glossy paper, and they both cost about the same. Staples also offers Engineering Prints, which are really affordable for large-format prints, but in some areas (like ours), they must be ordered from their online print shop.
I want to buy a printer that can print larger than 8×11. Can you recommend a good one?
Oh sure! We own a Canon i8720 Printer and we couldn’t recommend it any higher. It prints up to 13×19 inches, and it’s one of the cheapest large-format printers out there. It’s a work horse, and you won’t have buyer’s remorse with the Canon i8720.
Can I use your free printable for a product I’m selling?
No, you can’t, as it is a violation of copyright law. Our free printables are for personal use only, meaning a subscriber can print out and enjoy it at home.
