Free Grain Sack Holiday SVGs
Enjoy this selection of free grain sack holiday SVGs and enter the drawing for a chance to kick off the Christmas season with a Cricut Joy!
Okay, look, we’re all still a little stuffed from yesterday, and I don’t know about you, but I’m giving my pants and belt the side eye today.
I mean, I know I’ve eaten a little more than usual this week, [HA! – Handan] but I wasn’t expecting the belt-buckling treachery I experienced this morning. I just thank my lucky stars these new-fangled tight-fitting jeans I bought on a whim a few months back have a lovely elasticized waist band. Sure makes a fat feller feel better about himself after a week of overindulgence.
That belt, on the other hand…
Why can’t they make stretchy belts to hold up the stretchy pants?
After pouring my morning coffee, I waddled over to see what my babes was up to. She was sitting on the sofa wrapped in a blanket with her laptop on her lap and a mug of coffee in her hands.
You might be envisioning a calm and cozy scene – that beautiful morning moment when the senses awaken in a night-chilled room.
Pfffft.
Please, madam.
“Good morning, my babes,” I said and sipped my iced coffee.
“Brrrr! It’s freezing in here,” she said and shot an accusing look past my bow, as if I were responsible for the cold weather outside.
I was about to tell her as much when I realized that I was responsible for the cold weather inside.
“Just a minute, my babes, I’ll turn up the heat,” I said.
“You’re trying to freeze me into a popsicle!” my babes protested.
I considered the possibilities and the advantages: popsicles don’t yap. The thought wasn’t without its charms.
But she is my babes, and I prefer her thawed, so I turned up the heat and had a glance at her computer.
She was just putting the finishing touches on these grain sack holiday SVGs. Obviously, I didn’t know that they were “grain sack” SVGs. I thought she was making awesome racing strip SVGs.
Vroom Vroom!
“What’s up with the whole grain sack thing,” I said. Truly, I found it bewildering. It wasn’t the first time I’d encountered the term.
She flicked her eyes up to meet mine. “Farmhouse,” she said.
“Say no more. Understood,” I said.
We love to see our printables out in the wild! If you display our free printables in your home or use our free SVGs in your projects, and take a picture and post it on Instagram, be sure to tag us @TheNavagePatch!
And if you know me at all, you know my next thought was:
Do grain sacks really have red racing stripes on them?
If anyone cares to weigh in on the subject, please let me know in the comments.
Anyway, we’ve got a beautiful set of grain sack holiday SVGs for you. These SVGs are perfect for pillows or t-shirts or totes or even mugs. How about making some holiday signs with them? Perhaps a Christmas card or two? You’re only limited by your imagination!
And here’s the best part about our holiday SVGs – have you ever considered mixing and matching parts of these designs with parts from some of our other holiday collections?
DIY Dollar Tree Christmas Signs (& Free SVGs)
Or maybe you’d rather just print them out and hang them on your wall? You could certainly do it with the files the way they are right now, but If you’d like us to offer these grain sack holiday designs as properly-sized and formatted 11×14 and 16×20 inch printables, please let us know in the comments!
And as promised in my Grace and Gratitude post from Thanksgiving, my babes and I are showing our gratitude for the best readers of any blog in Blogland by giving away another Cricut Joy!

Love all of your ideas. I am wondering what font you all used for the “merry & bright” I love the ligatures and would like to use it in a project I have.
Thanks
Thank you, Leslie! I asked Handan and she winked at me and said, “trade secret.” 🙂
Glad you are more stuffed than the turkey!! Now to do the “starve” before Christmas so that pair of pants with the elastic waist will fit after Christmas! You were dismayed at the revelation of the belt, just imagine your horror if the pants with the elastic waist didn’t fit after Christmas??? Oh, I’m telling you, the state of depression you would fall into…indescribable (or at least not for language suitable here). So your Nightmare Before Christmas has become the Starve Before Christmas…I’ll be joining you!
Great designs, as always!! You did marry a very talented young lady!! Thanks for the opportunity to win a Cricut!!
LOL, the Great Starve will commence once we drop Baris at the airport! 😀

It’s our pleasure, Tammy! 🙂

I really like the font you used for “jolly” could you share what it is? Thank You!
I was about to whisper it, but Handan stapled my lips shut and said with a wink, “trade secret.”
Thanks for the chance❣️
You’re welcome, Sheri! Good luck!
Thanks for the Cricut Joy opportunity!! As others have mentioned I scan my daily emails and feel excitement when I spot Navage in the address. But sometimes I get fooled as “Navage Team” sends me mail too! That’s a whole different kinda of Navage! While the NT is okay and arrives with discounts for nasal hygiene (👃🏻), I look forward to your stories and glamor shots and designs Thanks again. You guys elevate my life. Enjoy Florida! I’m in California, nuff said.
LOL, that is a whole different Navage! As fate would have it, I used to own the Navage.com domain until I got a call from the inventor and founder, Martin Hoke – a former congressman. I sold him the domain in 2008. Great guy. Great company!
Thank you so much for all that you do! Your blog posts always bring laughter and a bit of sunshine. I have so much fun trying to do your diy crafts. I’m not always successful but hey! I always have fun! Thank you for this great giveaway as well. I’m hoping to win, like all of us ‘madams’ out here. I hope that next year brings you joy, laughter and many, many blessings. Also that it brings all of us out here in online land more of your wonderful posts!
Thank you so much for this lovely comment, Kathryn! It is our pleasure to spread a little joy and teach a thing or two each week! 🙂

Thanks for the post & giveaway!
whatwhatWHAT? Why am I only just now learning of these belts?? 😀
Hi,
If we are already subscribed to your newsletter/blog as well as youtube etc, will that count as entries? 🙂 Thanks for the opportunity to win the cricut joy I’ve heard much about. I have the old Silhouette Portrait…not cuttin’ it lol.
Nope, you’ll still need to fill out your info again. Don’t worry, it won’t double-up your subscription and send you duplicate emails.
Would love a new toy for Christmas!
Good luck, Linda!
would love to have a Circuit to do so many more crafty things. Fingers crossed
Good luck, Yvonne! 🙂
I absolutely LOVE your writing voice. You are so clever. So funny. (I aspired to be a writer but my writing is as exciting and brilliant as oatmeal — bland in color, vile tasting, and full of lumps . . .) I want to write like you when I grow up but I’d better get on the stick because I’m 68 . . .
I grew up on a farm and my father got his feed for the cows in gunny sacks. Those feed sacks are prettier than gunny sacks (and less itchy). Can’t wait to use your beautiful graphics on them (them being the flour sacks and not the gunny ones).
Hi Nina, and thank you! Writing just takes practice and courage. Just from what you’ve written above, I can tell yours is much better than oatmeal. And don’t worry about the lumps – that’s your voice!
Hi! Enjoy your blog. Could you please make these available for 11 x 14’s? Thanks! Kathy
I can’t seem to enter the contest. I fill in my information and click submit and it just changes to rolling dots and goes no farther.
I’ll make sure you’re entered, Wanda! 🙂
where do I find the svg? Please help me find the svg for these towels and pillows.
Hi Patricia, they are in the Stencils/SVGs section of the VIP Patch. Enjoy!
Can you do a reboot on these grain sacks? It won’t let me separate the “Racing” stripes from the text. For red stripes and black text color for vinyl sign. I tried all of the files. Thank you
